Isabella Weber has received an OUR undegraduate research fellowship to pursue research in the lab during the 2024-2025 school year! She will be working on shared syntax in Spanish-English bilinguals!

Undergraduate student Geoff Collins has been selected for the Dare to Discover Campaign for his research on the second language acquisition of adverbs. Dr. Gonzalez was recently awarded the 2020 James N. Murray Award, which honors an untenured faculty member at UIowa who has demonstrated outstanding rapport with students and created an exemplary classroom atmosphere.
