Biography

Rachel Wagle is a first-year PhD student in Hispanic Linguistics. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Education and a minor in Latin American Studies from Augustana College in 2019. Prior to beginning graduate school, Rachel taught Spanish for four years at Pleasant Valley High School. Her research interests include second language acquisition and syntax, specifically focusing on subject-verb inversion and argument structures in Spanish.
